Faith Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational, contemporary community of people focused on "Discovering the Word, Changing the World."
We are dynamically growing church with an average attendance of 400-500 people every Sunday. With a growing ministry in a growing area, we are looking for a full-time Youth and Families Pastor to help us take these ministries to the next level.
Overall Basic Description: To assist the body and parents of Faith Christian Fellowship in training our youth (6-12th Grades) and families to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, in public and private life. To develop a youth and family ministry philosophy and process which more fully develops our youth into leaders who can Scripturally engage their generation with the gospel of Christ. To develop parents and families to fulfill their Divine purpose to the basic unit of life that brings God glory. To administer, develop and implement ministries and programs designed to meet the spiritual (know God?s Word), social (live God?s Word), and emotional (think God?s Word) needs of youth and families in the church and community.
Overall Basic Responsibilities:
-Vision and Oversight of Student(Middle and High School) Ministries
- Vision and Oversight of Discovery Small Groups (Sunday and Weekly groups?considered Family Ministry)
- Vision and Oversight of future Young Adult Ministry
- Be a part of the Pastoral Leadership Team (Church Vision and Oversight) as well the Preaching/Teaching Team
