Job Description for Mission Intern/Pastor
JHM Global is looking for either individuals or couples called by the Lord to relocate and become a long-term member of an International Missions-based Church and Ministry community.
Spirit Filled Fellowship Global is birthing mission churches in the nations under its Mission focused ministry - JHM Global.
This position is actually based in the United Kingdom; it will begin as a full time Internship and is not salaried for a period of one year. You will need to raise a seed of $2,500 USD to sow into the mission field to begin. However your accommodation and meals will be provided for the duration of the year.
The position is broken into three parts:
1) 6 months training and participating.
2) 6 months probationary period working as a full time Mission’s Pastor.
3) After successfully completing the year and receiving a good evaluation, you will be considered for
permanent assignment and a contract of paid employment.
Here are a few examples of your daily roles:
. Ministering to people of all ages.
. Feeding, cooking and ministering to the homeless.
. Caring for orphans.
. Setting up and implementing revivals.
. Preaching and teaching in Sunday church services.
. Participating in Church Worship.
. Visiting the sick and dying in hospitals and clinics.
. Maintaining administrative support.
. Working with a mobile medical unit in urban and rural areas.
. Street evangelism in poor neighbourhoods and cities.
. Designing, collaborating and producing workshops for various minority populations.
. Participating in the constructing and implementing of conferences, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
1) Must be over 18 and be a born again Christian.
2) Knowledge of Church administration and proof of active participation is required.
3) Willingness to train as a pastor & missionary.
4) Commitment to work overseas after training is essential.
5) Must be hard working, willing to be trained, humble and willing to learn.
6] Should be sold out for Christ
7] Must LOVE people and willing to work in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-racial environment.
8] Must love outreach, have a missionary mindset and be Kingdom minded.
9] If married, spouse must have the same zeal, commitment and passion for God.
10] Be willing to train & work in a Pentecostal/Evangelical culture and environment.
11] Must successfully pass our evaluation process.
12] Must provide three credible references for our evaluation.
13] Willing to live in a shared accommodation with other missionaries.
14] Willing to work long hours in ministry.
15] Valid passport & Driver’s License very essential.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
1) Round trip travel ticket to Europe: Provided by you!
2) Program Joining Fee/Cost of $2,500 Payable by you!
3) Provide you own travel/health insurance!
4) Free travel tickets to other nation whilst under training valued at $2,500: Paid by the mission.
5) Free Lodging [based on sharing] value at: $6,000 Provided by the mission.
6) Free Food Provision valued for One Year valued at: $3,000 Provided by the mission.
