Job Description for Ministry Director
CROSSFIRE Singles Ministry is looking for a full-time ministry director. The person selected for this position will be gifted in administration, teaching, leadership and the ability to develop and coordinate creative programs that will reach single adults, including using modern technologies. The director must exhibit passion for the mission to help single adults connect with each other and with God in authentic, Christ-centered community. The director will supervise an administrative assistant and team of volunteers who host social events, small group fellowships and single adult seminars. The director will be responsible for fundraising to support the ministry, including raising a portion of the director’s salary.
