Job Description for Senior Pastor
Applicants should have a passion for people's lives to be transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. They should also want to help committed Christians grow in their walk with Christ and to also make a difference in the world through friendship and neighborhood evangelism and world wide missions. They should have strong Bible-based preaching/teaching skills and a desire to work as a team with staff and elders to further the vision of the church.
