Job Description for Worship Leader/Pastor
Looking for an energetic, faith-filled and humbled Worship Leader to be part of our team. Must be saved, spirit-filled and love the Lord.
•Be faithful, accountable, dependable, flexible and loyal.
•Must be able to use his/her gifts to lead the congregation into the presence of the Lord
•Must have great vocal skills with the ability to play at least one musical instrument (usually keyboard or the guitar).
•Must have the ability and desire to develop a strong music and worship department at the church
•Must have the ability to provide spiritual mentorship to other musicians / worship team members
•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary.
Only local candidates in Orlando area, FL need apply. Compensation is based on experience and growth.
