Job Description for Youth Minister
Spend time developing a youth ministry... Visit the youth at home disciple one on one. Go to high schools and find kids and build a relationship with them. Have special events for them... Build a youth band... Develop dance and other drama's. Eventually take them on mission trips. Work in other areas of the ministry where needed as time permits.
