- PastorFinder collects personal information when you register with PastorFinder and when you use the PastorFinder website.

- Should you use other PastorFinder functions, such as our job posting and resume posting services, personal information is collected in order to allow you to perform the various functions on the PastorFinder website. For example, to apply for a job opening on PastorFinder.com you will need to create a resume profile and upload a resume on the PastorFinder site.
- For financial products and services we will also ask for your billing address and credit card information.
- PastorFinder collects information about your transactions with us.
- PastorFinder automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, browser type, access times, referring web site addresses, and the page(s) you request. Typically, this information is not linked to your personal account information.
- PastorFinder may also gather certain information about your use on PastorFinder, such as what areas you visit and what services you access.

Personal information for Resumes and Profiles
As a career site, PastorFinder allows users to post resumes and profiles on the PastorFinder website. When posting a resume, users are able to select whether or not to show personal contact information on the website. Should a user wish to hide his or her personal contact information, portions of the resume may still be searchable on the PastorFinder website. However, your personal information will never show if you have selected to hide it.
PastorFinder limits access to your resume to paid subscribers of the resume database unless a resume is featured in which case it allows all users of the PastorFinder website to view this infomation. PastorFinder cannot be responsible for the use made of resumes that have been downloaded by third parties while they are searching the PastorFinder resume database.
Should you wish at any time that your resume be removed from the PastorFinder website, you may do so by logging into the "Job Seeker Dashboard" section of the website and by deactivating your resume.
PastorFinder uses cookies only for the protection and convenience of our users. For example, cookies enable PastorFinder to serve secure pages to our users without asking them to sign in repeatedly. If a user's system is idle for a period of time, however, the cookie will expire, forcing the user to sign in again to continue the session. This prevents unauthorized access to the user's information while they are away from their computer. You may have the ability to reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some PastorFinder features or services may not function properly without cookies.
Access to and Modification of Your Information
You may review, correct, update or change your PastorFinder account, Resume, Resume profile, Job Posting, etc. at any time. However, we retain indefinitely all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use of the PastorFinder website more efficient, practical, and relevant. Of course, you can remove your resume or job posting from PastorFinder at any time so that the information is not searchable by public users of the PastorFinder website.
Security of the Personal Information
PastorFinder cannot ensure that all of your personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, although we are committed to protecting your privacy, we do not promise that your personal information will always remain private. As a user of the PastorFinder web site, you understand and agree that you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site, the internet generally, and the documents you post or access and for your conduct on and off the PastorFinder web site.
When you place an order online at PastorFinder, your credit card information is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") protocol. SSL makes it difficult for your credit card information to be intercepted or stolen while being transmitted. We use a service company to process its credit card transactions.
